We supply Aston Martin spark plugs, sold singly and in sets, for the DB7 (inline 6 and Vantage), DB9, V8 Vantage, V12 Vantage, Vanquish and DB11 V12. The correct plug depends on the year, especially on the DB9, which uses three different plugs across its production run, so check the years in each listing. Aston Martin Spark Plugs for DB7, DB9 and Vanquish
We stock genuine, aftermarket, and OEM spark plugs for DB7 (1994-2004), DB9 (2004-2016), V8 Vantage, V12 Vantage, and Vanquish models. Most DB9 and V12 models require twelve plugs total for the complete service, which means you need three sets of four when ordering part CD33-12405-AA.
Recognising When Spark Plugs Need Changing
Misfiring under load or rough idle when cold usually points to worn spark plugs, particularly on V12 models where the rear bank plugs can carbon up faster due to less airflow. V8 Vantage engines show hesitation on throttle tip-in when the iridium tips start wearing down.
Genuine vs OEM Options
V8 Vantage owners ordering individual plugs rather than the eight-plug set want to budget for replacing all eight at once since mixed-age plugs cause uneven running. V12 engines are even more sensitive to this and you'll feel the difference if you only change six out of twelve.
