Outstanding Customer Reviews Shipping & Taxes (US Store)
As an international mail order company, our focus is to get parts to our customers as quickly and economically as possible. Where possible we will try to provide a choice of shipping options.
Our database knows the weight of every part listed on our website, so in the majority of cases automatic shipping options can be chosen at the checkout. Unfortunately, penalties will be imposed by all shipping companies if a parcel is particularly large in size compared to its weight, this is commonly known as “voluming out”. This means that sometimes we are unable to accurately quote shipping for orders until we have packed the parcel and confirmed the shipping cost.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply in The United States (USA). All duties and taxes are set by USA Customs and Border Protection, over which we have no control. Please note that it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay all duties and taxes.
Our two most commonly used methods of shipment are by the postal service and UPS.
We do, however, hold accounts with most major international couriers so please let us know if you have a preferred courier.

These are set byUSA Customs and Border Protection and are beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibilty to pay them.

All parts on our website are shown with their prices exclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%).
UK VAT will not be added to orders being shipped to the USA.
Flying Spares Ltd cannot advise on, or be responsible for, any Customs or Import Duties or Taxes that are subsequently imposed on your order once it arrives in your country. Please confirm what extra charges your order is likely to incur before confirming the order with us.
